Products of cosmetics and perfumes that are opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged to protect public health and everyone's safety. Return conditions: - The product must not have passed 24 hours (one day) from the purchase - The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging with all accessories, and must not have been used, opened, the sticker or transparent cover removed, or the packaging altered. The return will be approved after we receive the product and confirm it is 100% intact and can be resold to other customers. If its condition violates the previous condition, the return will not be approved. If your order has been shipped with the shipping company or a shipping bill has been issued and the order is canceled, the amount for the product will be refunded, and the shipping and return shipping fees of 29 riyals will be deducted (this also applies if the delivery was free). If the product arrives damaged or broken, the amount will be refunded according to the number of broken perfumes (proof of damage must be provided clearly for review to take the necessary actions), and this is at the customer's responsibility if it was intentionally damaged by them.
